These Terms and Conditions for Supplier (the “Terms and Conditions”) apply to each agreement by purchase order for the supply of goods, services, materials and/or equipment to Weldco-Beales Manufacturing Group of Companies, with branches in Langley, B.C., Edmonton, Alberta, and Barrie, Ontario, henceforth known as WBM in these documents.
