WBM Wheel Loader Rock Buckets are used in the mining or quarry industries.

Rock buckets are designed to withstand extreme wear conditions found in these environments. These buckets are available with either spade or straight base edge configurations. The straight edge enables a higher breakout force and increased dump clearance and the spade nose edge offers superior penetration.

450 Brinell and 100,000 psi material construction
Increased thicknesses of wear plates
Upgraded ground engaging tool (GET) hardware
Extended back sheet (spill guard)
Designed per SAE J742 and are based on heaped capacities
Available with KAT or OEM pin on lugs
Abrasion-resistant and high strength plate increases the wear life of the bucket
Upgraded GET increases wear life and decrease maintenance costs
Extended back sheet decreases the amount of material ‘spillover’ that causes damage to the machine

450 Brinell base edge, leading-edge, exterior cheek plate, interior shell liner, side seam wear strip, and bolt-on/ weld-on heel plates
Reinforced one-piece under shell support and rib configuration
Spill guard and corner gussets
OEM pin-on lugging

OPTIONS

Straight or spade edge depending on application
Bolt-on or weld-on side bar protectors on the leading edge of the Excavator bucket
Drilled base edge to accept segments
Hard surface edge to accept segments
Hard surface welding of interior and the exterior of the bucket in specified areas
Extreme service GET for extra wear protection
